Privacy and data
What we store
We store the host’s account information, invitation details, guest or household names, attendance allowances, RSVP responses and notes guests choose to provide. Design requests also store the submitted brief and the studio’s response.
Who can see it
Hosts can see their own guest lists and responses. Guests see the details assigned to their link and their own response. Authorised studio staff can access design requests and invitation details to fulfil the service. A guest link grants access to whoever holds it; share it personally.
Deletion and access controls
Hosts can delete a household and its response, revoke a link temporarily or replace it. Revoking a link does not delete its data. Exported files remain with the person who downloaded them and must be deleted separately. Guests should contact their hosts to request a correction or removal.
Accounts and gifts
The production service uses server-connected authentication and database services. Essential cookies support sign-in, and a theme preference is stored on the device. Gift links open an external payment provider. Marasem does not receive card details or gift funds, or verify that a gift payment completed. Review the provider’s privacy terms before paying.
